I purchased this 2019 GMC Sierra SLT X31 in February of 2021. The transmission shudder was present from the day I purchased it. The Dealership where I purchased it told me this was normal for GM's 8 speed transmission and didn't affect operation or mileage. In July of 2023 they told me GM's fix for the shudder was a flush with a new transmission fluid. The shudder was still present.
