Sierra 1500 Denali 5.3L

The truck broke down on a business trip in Oregon and California from Ohio. It's going on 10 weeks to get the truck back. It's been fixed for over two weeks. They put it on a transport truck to have it delivered back to Ohio on Oct 27th and It's now Nov. 2nd. It hasn't moved from Vancouver, WA since it arrived there on 10/28. I check the location several times a day with the GMC app. It was promised to deliver by Nov 5. Unless the transporter leaves now and drives straight through there are not enough hours in a day to get it back to Ohio.

I have spoken with GMC corporate and the dealer several times throughout the ordeal and they have been horrible to deal with. They have no idea what's going on and don't seem to communicate with each other. When the truck was dropped off at the dealer they said they had more than 5 trucks in with the same issue and after talking to other dealers this is a very well-known issue and takes weeks to fix. Well, I'm going on months.

I bought the truck last Halloween and they have had it for this issue for nearly a quarter of the time I've owned it. Completely unacceptable and there should be lawsuits! Putting me in a minivan with a daily charge for this long is bullshit. How I see it between the lost revenue of not having my truck and having to end my trip early - they should pay me at least $500/ day.
