Sierra 1500 Elevation 3.0L

Brakes failed on 2024 GMC Sierra1500 with 13000 miles. No previous indication of a problem with the brakes. I rear ended a vehicle at a stoplight. GM isn't doing much to help me. The dealer has had my truck for ten days and no repairs done yet. GM offered to pay $44 per day for a rental but only if the rental was a GMC. The only Enterprise shop didn't have a GMC so a friend loaned me his old beater truck. I've always had a GM vehicle but no more.
