The contact owns a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500. When driving over bumps, a banging noise was present under the vehicle. While inspecting the vehicle, the contact discovered multiple cracks and separation of the subframe. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.
