Sierra 2500 4WD 8-cyl

2007 GMC Sierra is blowing extremely hot air but it will not clear ice from window. Consumer states that the air is so hot it burns and you can't place your hand on the dash because it is that hot. But he says it will not defrost the window. The consumer stated the defroster did not defrost the upper part of the windshield, only the lower part.
