The contact owns a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 hd. The contact stated that while the vehicle was stationary, a second vehicle crashed into the rear of the vehicle causing significant damage. During the crash, the seatbelt failed to secure the driver and a neck injury was sustained. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
