CP4 High Pressure Fuel Pump failed/disintegrated causing metal shavings to be pumped through out the fuel lines, injectors and connected systems requiring a replacement of the pump, injector and fuel lines totaling over $11,000 in repairs. Trucks mileage was 94112 at the time.

Sierra 3500

Got a recall on December 15, 2017 about the second gas tank issue. Advised not to fill the second tank because it cause the front tank to expand, rub the drive shaft, and cause a leak and possible fire. They said that they would notify when parts are available. Have not heard anything back yet. It has been 2 months. We travel long distances with this truck and need the added fuel from the second tank. Thank you
