The contact owns a 2022 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 equipped with Goodyear Tires, Tire Line: Wrangler, Tire Size: LT275/65/R20. The contact stated that while her husband was driving 60 MPH and hauling a camper, the passenger-??s side rear tire experienced a blowout. The driver was able to change the tire. The tire struck the camper and caused damages. The vehicle was taken to a tire center, where it was determined that the tire was defective. The tire was replaced. The driver sustained injuries to his back, and medical attention was provided. There was no Police report filed. The manufacturer was contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 31,000. The approximate vehicle and tire failure mileage was 31,000.
