poor paint job on roof of car

My car has had a lot of recalls, but I notice the peeling Paint is not one of them but should be....I've seen several GMC cars especially the Terrains with horrible peeling paint...this looks like some kind of a monster and should be fixed. I would like to have a complete paint job or at least the roof. Thank you.
