Ok...so the God Damn car is still acting up after the radio is replaced. I keep saying it may be an electrical issue...of course being a women what the frig do I know. It obviously wasn't the radio so it doesn't take rocket science to figure out ....OH GEE Electrical? Ok made a 4th and final appointment with the same dealership. By now they are as sick of me as I am of them. Tired of giving up my car, tired of the same damn issues. Getting really really REALLY pissed off right now.

I PURCHASED A NEW 2013 TERRAIN STL-2 NICE LOOKING. BUT MY CELL PHONES WOULD NOT STAY CONNECTED TO THE BLUETOOTH. I CALL RIGHT AWAY, THEY TOLD ME MY PHONES WERE PROBLEM, TOO OLD TO WORK WITH THE NEW THE INTELLILINK SYSTEM IN THE NEW TERRAIN (MOTOROLA RAZR 3). MY WIFE'S SAMSUNG OLD FLIP PHONE DIDN'T WORK ANY BETTER. YOU COULD PROGRAM BOTH PHONES INTO THE TERRAIN, THEY WOULD WORK A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WOULD NOT CONNECT WITH THE CAR AGAIN. BOTH PHONES SAY THE TERRAIN WAS THERE AND THE TERRAIN SAID BOTH PHONES WERE THERE.
WENT TO A GM DEALER AND THE TECH SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR TRYING TO GET THEM TO WORK, NO GO, SAID I NEEDED NEW PHONES TO WORK WITH THE NEW INTELLILINK SYSTEM. SINCE THEN I HAVE REPLACED BOTH PHONES, 1 NEW MOTOROLA RAZR 9 AND MY WIFE'S A NEW SAMSUNG G3 SMARTPHONE. (SAME PROBLEM). WENT BACK TO THE DEALER AGAIN AND THEY WORK ON IT FOR ANOTHER HOUR AND TOLD ME IT WAS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND GM WAS WORKING ON IT. A WEEK LATER I WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER AND THEY HAD IT ALL DAY AND COULDN'T FIX IT ETHER. I SAID TO THE TECH THIS IS A 2013 TERRAIN AND YOUR WORKING ON IT IN 2014 AND YOUR TELLING ME IT HAS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND GM KNOWS AND THEIR WORKING ON IT BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED?
I DRIVE AND USE MY CARS FOR WORK. IN CALIFORNIA A TICKET FOR DRIVING AND USING YOUR PHONE IS $190 FIRST TIME WITHOUT COURT COSTS. I PAID $36,000 FOR A NICE LOOKING TERRAIN THAT'S A PEACE OF CRAP. I WENT BACK TO THE FIRST DEALER AND ASK THEM TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT AND THEY SAID WHAT'S THE POINT, IT CAN'T BE FIXED UNTIL THE NEW SOFTWARE IS COMPLETED. (BUT THEY'RE WORKING ON IT)

May 20th brought the car back again for the 3rd friggen time to have the radio replaced. The Bluetooth is still acting up and the dash lights are dimming and popping back up like strobes. Very distracting. Doesn't matter what time of day or night. Thank God this time the radio is available and ready for install.
