Hey there, GMC terrain owners, my stability track needed to be serviced. It started out by just a limp mode before 40km an hour. After several months of ignoring it, today I'm at the dealership and I'm told that I need a hub replacement.
Okay, I get that it could cause some issues but I changed the oil myself in my companies shop and checked all the wheels for play and nothing shows obvious signs of wear that I noticed. I'm not saying it wasn't there but I have gotten the vehicle back and it still showed the same error a couple days later. Turns out that the sensor was just dirty and a wire was exposed so please before your dealership makes you buy into repairs make sure your sh*t is clean.
