The contact owns a 2014 GMC Terrain. While driving 30 mph, the horn failed to work. The dealer (penske Cadillac of South bay, 18600 South hawthorne blvd, torrance, ca 90504) diagnosed that the fuse was blown due to a short. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 30,885.
