Feels like every time I buy a GMC/Chevy product I get annoyances. I had similar issues with my 2011 Malibu which I took a hit on trading it in early to get this. I'm now experiencing similar issues where at low speeds the engine sounds like it's going to die, however, when pressing the pedal down harder the engine seems to smooth out. It did have issues coming on from a ramp to a major highway and getting up to speed. Never buying a 4cyl again. The engine light would go out after a while and then come back again and every time I scan it with my blue driver eod scanner I get the same code P0411 Air System Incorrect Flow detected. Has something to do with turning the dirty air in the car into clean exhaust.
Since then I know have P0010, P0011, P0013, & P0014 which I have a feeling are in relation to not addressing the P0411. The four above have to do with Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuits being open. I am not sure the severity of this but I can't get an appointment with the dealer for a whole week. Cross my fingers the thing doesn't blow up on me.
