electonic manual shift...not shifting manually if selected

well my suv turned 3 yrs in may and since then have lost both transmission seals on driveshaft and have found out that my electronic manual shift not working and isn't covered by the 160000 km 5 yr warranty; the seals were covered however was informed that the manual shift wasn't; the suv has never towed anything and has had average use for highways and roads.this particular vehicle has been in the shop 2 times in pass 2 months for seals on driveshaft.

to make matters worst I noticed the problem occurring with transmission while on vacation and hauled into a rival gm dealership and was charged $221.91 for the refill of transmission saying they couldn't find a leak after travelling another 57 kms to my brothers found the leak myself and took pictures; the next day I returned to a branch of the gm dealership the rig was purchased from and they found leak within 5 mins on ramp...needless to say I have contacted GM about issues but up to this point no guarantee on money to be returned and no confidence in the the gmc 5 yr 160 km warranty program . been a fan of pontiac; oldsmobile etc most of my driving life..my piece of mind though is shattered ...does anyone know a good lawyer to get justice with hickman motors in carbonear nfld...open to suggestions.
