on May23' 2016 I was parked in front of my house car was in park and off . I went to take groceries to the back of house . I left my daughter age 49 in car because had the rest of my groceries in car , so when I went to get the rest of my groceries from the back seat I had a leg out of car when the car just started to rollback. the door was open and it hit the pole in the ground when going back rolling and knocking me to the ground. my daughter was inside of the car while it rolled and hit my husbands car which stopped my car from rolling all the way down. My next door neighbor saw me in the ground hurt but I wanted him to check my daughter first he thought the car was on and wanted to turn it off but he told my other neighbor its so strange the car is off and its on parking .I had to go to hospital with my daughter but I was the one that really got hurt my ribs were trumitize or rather I had trama to my ribs and also my right side was and is still bruised and I am in pain meds. my daughters right shoulder got hurt with seat belt
