I purchased this vehicle with 118,000 miles on it seven months ago. I've now had it in the shop for the same issues over and over again. It throws the same code, P0172, which means that the fuel runs rich. The EPA estimate is a combined 24 MPG for my engine; I do mostly highway miles and I'm getting less than 15. I've now replaced upstream and downstream O2 sensors, the mass airflow (MAF) sensor, cleaned the fuel injectors twice, replaced spark plugs and solenoids, and my mechanic has run BG 44k through it multiple times.
