After noticing that the paint was peeling on the rocker panels, I called GM Canada and gave them the details. I received a return call from GM customer service so once again I explained the problem and he said to take it to the dealer of my choice and have the service manager at the dealer take pictures of the problem after.
5 weeks later the GM customer service person said it's from my shoes and since it's out of warranty, it's on me to pay for the problem. I own 4 gm vehicles and currently 3 of them have a lot more mileage with no issues with the paint and I have a 2 yr old GMC Terrain Denali and there is a problem. This is very disappointing - I think my next new vehicle will not be a gm.
