The consumer experienced a problem with the rear liftgate glass. The upper right hinge on the glass to the liftgate broke. The entire glass unit has to be replaced. The consumer has contacted the manufacturer who has been of no assistance. Provide further details. The dealer stated that the failure was a common and known problem.
