Yukon

  • 183,000 miles
The contact owns a 2002 GMC Yukon. The contact stated that a month ago the vehicle was completely turned off without the key in the ignition and the air conditioner came on full blast. The failure happened again, but instead of the air conditioner it was the heat. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic who stated that the failure was caused by corroded wires underneath the dashboard. The contact had the wires replaced after the first occurrence, but the failure recurred with the heat voluntarily coming on. The dealer had not inspected the vehicle. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 183000. The current mileage was 184000.
