2003 Yukon drivers seat screws and frame continues to come apart. Seat frame seems to be defected or screws will not stay in seat frame!

There was exposed metal on the driver's side of the seats. When the owner reached down to pick up her cell phone, she received a deep cut on her finger and thumb.
