The tire was replaced, but the failure recurred six months later with the same front passenger tire. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 72,799 and the tire failure mileage was 5,201.

I crossed over sunset and got on 77 S at approximately 10:30 P.M. all of a sudden my vehicle spinned out of control. It skidded to the left, I had no control of the vehicle, it skidded back to the right, spinned around. When the vehicle stopped I was facing traffic. I reported it to my insurance company the next morning. I was the only one in the car. I did not get seriously hurt. I went to the doctor and got myself checked. I had a big bruise on my leg and I was sour for about three weeks. The vehicle is at the body shop for repairs.
