The contact owns a 2004 GMC Yukon. While the vehicle was undergoing routine maintenance, it was discovered that the entire subframe of the vehicle was rusted and corroded. The cause of the failure was not determined. The vehicle was not repaired. King O'rouke GMC (756 smithtown bypass, smithtown, NY) was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 160,000. The VIN was unknown.
