Well the problem is I was trying to help a lady in a parking lot of a Doctors office. (keep in mind I drive a Yukon) she had a Honda CRV (much smaller). the FIRST TIME my jack had been used--- it broke! I called The dealer which would be Wade Raulerson GMC of Gainesville FL, I thought surely they would stand behind me this time and replace it---( I should have known better--a zebra doesn't change its stripes) They have never done ANYTHING but give me a hard time and a run around ) first they said I don't see a problem--- let me call you back--within an Hour -- this was at around 10:00am -- I called back at 4:30 and he told me that since the warranty was out there is nothing they could do! I said so basically I am out of luck? I guess so was his reply!!!

I told him well thats just another thing I will add to my List to tell people of why they should NOT go to WADE RAULERSON GMC TRUCK IN GAINESVILLE FL. because once they stick you with a vehicle--- your out of luck! all you get is a run around!!!

so now I have to go to a store and buy another Jack out of my own money! Jerks!
