This was the third time in 11 months that I had to replace my entire back window due to a defroster cable coming loose. This time I made the dealership give me a loaner car. However they wouldn't cover the damage under their warranty and therefore I was out $100.00 deductible.

It was frustrating because they wanted to replace the rear windshield. This meant time off work, because they would only do the work M-F during my work hours. Then the dealership was awful at communicating with me.

Ok...this was the 4th time in a 12 month period that I had to replace the rear windshield due to a damaged defroster cable. Again they provided me with a loaner car and I did not have to pay this time. But it took them from 12/12 to 12/21 to get it fixed. And for the fourth time I had to replace the decal on my window.

This was the second time in 8 months that the defroster cables broke. First it was the right side then the left side. More time off work to get it fixed. I also had to replace the RIP decal that was on my rear windshield again.

Ok...so this was the fifth time in a year and a half that I had to have my rear window replaced due to a damaged defroster cable. They provided me a loaner car and it took them a little over two weeks to get it repaired. I called GMC to notify them of this issue.
