onstar did not work onstar did not work

On Star used to run an ad on TV that included a portion where the 'lady-in-the-sky' came on (in case of accident), and said something to the effect, 'are you ok?, Do you need help?' Our accident was fatal. I was there, and the 'lady-in-the-sky' never came on and inquired, 'are you ok?'

We (the survivors) called On Star later, and inquired about 'why no response?' We were told they (On Star), have no record of a crash, or a signal for a response. In other words, On Star did not work as advertised, with regard to an inquiry in case of a crash.

Details, in case someone wants to look up, for a report, or response...

Crash date = 06-03-2015, Time approx. 8:30 AM, Pacific time.

Location = East shore of Lake Tahoe, NV, on Highway 50.

If they are to advertise an assistance inquiry, the system failed.
