  • 140,000 miles
While driving in the rain, the wipers would slowly move across the windshield. After getting through this experience, I purchased a new wiper motor. Only to find that, due do a defect in engineering, the linkage had seized up. Had I not noticed the linkage not working properly, I could have been put in a dangerous situation again.
