It is really bad and shame on GM to have a complaint from customer for more than 14 months without resolving the issue that have found in the vehicle. And I can say it is kind of procrastination to make the product out of warranty and forcing the customer to pay the price of faked warranty. I did explain for GM dealer & Customer Services that I've got troubles with my Yukon Denali 2015 [ HomeLink Universal Remote ] , but unfortunately they didn't consider it as a serious issue. Staff in GM has only the ability to ask the customer to take the vehicle to the dealer for service and checks, but they don't have the ability to link the customer with a professional expert for diagnosing my Universal Remote problem and find the suitable solutions or workaround to fix my issue . I think the service is the worst part of the whole thing. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from GMC, they do not care about their customers at all After Sale, and this impacting badly the Customer Loyalty. I think GM really needs to take a closer look at who they let represent their product, and I think all GMC customers need to know what terrible service I received from GM. I have been a Chevrolet/GM customer for over 18 years. This type of customer service is not acceptable, and I’m still looking forward to share with me my escalation request status to GMC Management to fix the issue.
