problem #2

Mar 012018

Yukon SLT V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

The back panels fell off of both the driver and passenger seat. The clips both broke. I used tape around the seat to attempt to keep them up so the interior of the seats would not be exposed. GMC did nothing to support this obvious manufacturing problem, and did nothing to support me as a customer.

Yukon Denali

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,000 miles

2015 Denali poorly made, the entire back panel fell off, took them two weeks to get a new panel installed.
