Terrible transmission programming, destroys drivabillity of Yukon. Upshifts to a very high gear at very low speeds, 6th gear at 30mph, creates a vibration and droning. All is made worse when engine shifts to V4 mode to save gas and is simply a terribly executed GM technology. As miles climb, the V4 function now causes a noticeable shift and jerk as it switches on and off...and this function can't be turned off...ridiculous. GM says transmissions is adaptive but it just gets worse and worse with every mile. The dealer, Lynch in Burlington WI is totally incompetent and clearly part of the scam, awful dealership, avoid them at all costs. Been to dealer multiple times, trucks been in the shop 1/4 of its life, they've replaced a host of parts, tires, etc...all of which are obviously not connected...the dealer had the gall to accuse me of causing the issues just before he admitted that "they all do this" and that "there's no solution" to any of the issues and that mine "wasn't the worst one he's seen." I've spent a massive amount of time talking to GM customer service, etc...no help what so ever. Hate driving the truck and end up infuriated with the whole situation after driving the POS for anything more than 30 mins or so. Passengers ask me what's wrong with the truck, my wife won't drive it cuz its drives so terribly. Hate GM, hate GMC, hate Lynch Burlington...never GM again.
