There is a known issue with the GMC strutts leaking. I contacted several GMC dealerships to purchase strutts so that a local mechanic could put fix my truck without the dealership pricing. GMC refuses to sell the parts to anyone other than a dealership. I was informed by several dealerships the part is a national back order for 6 months. The cost that GM is making for each person that purchased a 2017 Denali is between two to four thousand dollars!! While driving my truck myself and my daughter would come out of the seat! This should be a recall. I'm also reporting this to the consumer financial protection bureau. I phoned this in a month ago and have heard nothing.

My 2017 GMC Yukon denali continues to have a very loud shudder sound as you accelerate.

Front magnetic shocks quickly failed, part no. SK3354. Part has been on backorder for over a month, which means it is failing on many vehicles. Part is known by repair shops to be defective, but they say the replacement part lasts longer. GM should pay something toward replacing this defective part, which is on many of their vehicles. Failure of this part causes vehicle to bounce excessively which makes the vehicle more difficult to control.
