Accord LX 2.2L

I HAVE A 1994 HONDA ACCORD AND IT HAS A MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 3 BUT NOT AT FIRST START COLD. THE CAR WILL RUN OK FOR ABOUT 5 MIN AND THEN IT MISSES AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL ITS A COLD START AGAIN . I CHECKED PLUG WIRES,INJECTOR,COMPRESSION,CYLINDER LEAK DOWN TEST,NOID TEST AND REPLACED DISTRIBUTER CAP AND BUTTON AND COULD NOT FIND ROOT CAUSE.

I HAD FUEL RAIL OFF AND HAD LEFT THE EGR VACUUM TUBE OFF AND RAN CAR FOR ABOUT 5 MIN AND NOTICED THAT IT DID NOT SKIP. PUT HOSE BACK ON VALVE REVVED THE MOTOR AND STARTED SKIPPING AT IDLE AGAIN.

FIX: REPLACED EGR VALVE AND CLEANED PORTS

I have fuel, very good spark, and excellent compression. Cylinder 4 is dead and i dont understand why. I had to get my bottom end replaced due to main bearings knocking and ever since i got the swap i have only been running on 3 cylinders. i replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel injectors, and egr valve. check engine lights comes on so i read the code and it said egr thats why i replaced the egr valve. nothing i do is making the problem better and now i don't know what to do.
