Intermittently gas gauge does not register the correct amount of fuel. The problem caused the owner to run out of fuel four times. Dealer will be contacted about the problem.

Gas gauge on instrument panel fails to register the amount of fuel in vehicle. The driver would have no indication of how much fuel is left. This can happen even when the vehicle is filled with fuel. Taking vehicle to dealer to have it checked.
