Both signals are hesitating a late reaction. When turning on signal lights there is a clicking noise, but there are no lights signaling on dashboard or backing up lighting system. Dealership is aware of problem. Consumer states if it is extremely cold in the morning, the signal lights will not blink or make any sounds until 30-40 seconds, once they make the fast blinking sounds, they will not flash for another 30-40 seconds or longer, in warm weather the only difference is that they will make the blinking sound almost instantly.
