It's worse than you think. This problem with the power windows has been ongoing for years. The driver side motor powering the window has been REPLACED 6 TIMES!!!!!! IN THE LAST 8 YEARS. Years ago, I searched the internet and found complaint after complaint this is a problem with the accords. Not just in this model but later years as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE especially in later models. It was replaced by different mechanics at different repair shops so human error is not the problem. It's so expensive, I started order the part through the internet but needed a mechanic to install it. Still within a year, it begins to act up again. Slow to go up and down. REALL SLOWWW. A couple of the instances, window would not go back up or I had to use both my hands and might to pull it up so the rain and theives wouldn't be tempted to enter. The car was always well maintained. IT IS A DEFECT in this accord that even the mechanics get PO'd having to deal with this. Of course, they love it for the revenue this brings them. I live in Florida, going to college but live up north. This problem occurs in both climates and locations.

I was told shortly after I purchased the car this was the norm for windows in Hondas, never got it fixed. Just recently the switch went out and that was replaced, cost $130.00, have a great mechanic.
