Accord LX 2.3L 4 cyl

I was told my engine has a piston problem. The car has 2 failed cylinders and is running off of 2 good ones. It barely runs. Will cost over $3000 for a rebuild or my other option is to replace with another engine. I will definitely not be replacing it with a 98 engine.
