Tear in front inner wall of tire, causing failure (P205/65R15mxv4 plus).

Please note all four tires had to be changed due to manufacture defect. The tire could blow out and cause life threating injuries. The manufacturer was called but didn't care. All four tires slowly started to form bubbles on the side wall which progressed over time.( dot number: Mt3ac66348 tire size: 195/65R15 )
