The drivers side door lock is frozen. I have heard of this happening on earlier generation Accords. The lock mechanism is broken internally and the door thinks it is locked even when the button is up. Everything seems to be connected properly but the door will not open from the inside or outside. I work in the auto shop business, but I have not personally been able to find anyone who has encountered this problem or how they fixed it. I am sure it will need a new door latch, but the trick is getting the door open with the lock mechanism frozen. Any help would be appreciated!
