I have been rear ended at stop lights five times in this vehicle. I have been at a complete stop for each one of these. In searching for a reason for this I have realized that the 1999 Honda Accord have dim brake lights. I would like to know how to proceed with the manufacturer. This has caused multiple injuries and heartaches. I have not been at fault in any of these, and have never had an accident before owning this car.
