The contact owns a 1999 Honda Accord equipped with Michelin primacy mxv4 TL tires, size: P195/65/R15H (na). While the vehicle was undergoing a state inspection, it failed due to cracks in the sidewall of the tires. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the tires had cracks. The tires were not replaced. The tires were replacement tires. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The dot number was unknown. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 95,400 and the tire failure mileage was 30,000.

- the contact owns a 1999 Honda Accord with an odometer reading of 111036 miles. The contact stated that the vehicle had Goodyear Eagle rsa tires that continue to go flat. The contact had the tire repaired several times, but it had not fixed the problem. On 2-23-07 while driving under dry conditions at 60 mph had another tire failure. The contact took the vehicle to the repair shop, and they replaced the tire. The contact called Goodyear, they told him that the tire failure was not their fault, and that their tires did not have defects and to go back to the shop for repairs.
