The check engine light came on. The consumer had taken the vehicle to a mechanic, and they found the code P1457. Then he took it to a dealership, which found the same code when checking for the problem. They said that it was because there was an internal problem with the evaporation system. Discovered a leak within the system by doing a smoke test. It was in a canister in the emission system. They replaced the canister and the valve that was connected with it, parts 17011S84A00 and 17310S84L31.
