After driving the vehicle for a while, the vehicle has a problem with restarting. Vehicle would hesitate for a while and you need to apply the accelerator pedal to the floor before starting. Vehicle has been to two separate dealers. The first dealer replaced the erg valve. And the problem recurred and the second dealer replaced the fuel pressure regulator kit and the problem still recurring.. check engine light continues to appear on dashboard. Intermittent stalling. Dealer removed and replaced egr valve/removed intake manifold and cleaned ports.

My 2000 Honda Accord gives me a problem with: 1st my passenger seat belt. It's extremly hard to fasten. 2nd my Accord stalles every time I atempt to take off from a complete stop. Also, there is a roaring bumping sound comming from around my exaust system.
