The transmission started slipping between 1st and 2nd gear and all the lights on the dashboard would come on. I took it to a shop and they reset the computer. Then I took it to a transmission shop and they said that there was a definite slip between 1st and 2nd gear and that eventually and probably soon, the transmission would need to be replaced. I took it to jiffy lube in November of 2004 and they serviced the transmission and it ran much better for 2 months and now it is worse than before. I have called Honda and they deny having a problem, but will check it out for a fee. It slips and jerks severely. If Honda's are such great cars, why is this happening? and why do I have to pay to fix a car that will "run for 200,000 miles"? I think that after this Honda (my 3rd), I will never buy another. Each one has had its own problems, but "never Honda's problem".
