TL * the contact owns a 2001 Honda Accord. The contact was able to remove the key from the ignition while the vehicle was in drive and her foot was depressing the brake pedal. The failure occurred four times. The dealer stated that the ignition lock cylinder assembly failed. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 184,000.
