The car is 2 yrs. old with 15,000 miles. I rarely get 300 out of a tank of gas. I have had this problem from the beginning. Dealers keeps telling me there is nothing wrong. I know about cars, I have 6 cars and I know that this car is drinking too much gas. I also have 2 friends that have Hondas, one is a 2001 and the other 2002. They have no complaints. I guess not, their gas mileage is excellent.

I bought a Honda Certified 2001 Accord EX back in January and have noticed that I do not get the proper gas mileage; I barely get 350 out of a tank.
I addressed it with the dealer and they said there is nothing wrong b/c the 40 point check revealed nothing and "it drives fine" so I was instructed to "watch it" I've watched it get seemingly worse, but they keep saying it's fine and it's related to city driving and warming it up in the winter... which is funny b/c it is only October. Not using heat or ac, so they are not factors right now.
I can't help but feel that they are avoiding addressing the problem b/c the car is under warranty and they'd have to pay to fix it! I just called another dealer today and they didn't even look at it before they were telling me there was nothing wrong. ????
