I stopped by the dealer and they didn't even look in the car. they said it is an insurance issue. The insurance company looked at it and claimed it as a mechanical failure. Honda won't acknowledge the problem. Really!! This issue is being poorly handled by Honda. They said it has never happened before. Well....it JUST DID!
