All rear seat belts tighten when gas is appled, tight enough to dig into skin. Contacted dealer. Dealer said it was as a result of child restraint belt. Replaced belt, but it reoccurred. Consumer stated that tall or large passengers are affected by the seat belt. The seat belt digs into shoulder and gets tighter with no slack or freedom of movement after acceleration.

I was alone and stopped at a red light when a vehicle hit me from behind. I had no warning of the approaching car since the driver had fallen asleep. His airbag deployed. My car was knocked directly forward into the truck in front of me, and that truck was knocked into the van in front of it. My airbags did not deploy and my seatbelt/shoulder harness did not prevent me from fracturing my eye-socket on the steering wheel. Based on the force of the impact, I believe that my shoulder harness should have prevented this devastating injury. After repairs that did not include replacing the harness, I am still subject to the same type of injury.
