Accord EX 3L V6

In my car, the center console portion of the dashboard assembly seems to vibrate separately than the one with the instrumentation. If I place my fingers overtop of the seam, at highway speeds it vibrates more the the other. I can't figure if its not mounted properly or if its meant to be that way.
