The consumer stated there was a tire blowout on 2003 Honda Accord. The tires had a blowout within a couple of months of each other. The consumer had not talked to the tire manufacturer. She talked to the dealer. The dealer said that there were road hazards. The dealer replaced the first tire, saying it was a defect. The other three tires were considered road hazards. They were the original tires that came on the car. The consumer has called the dealership. They said there was nothing they could do. The consumer bought new tires to put on car. The speed was about 30 mph.

While driving at approx 45 mph, my right rear tire blew out. There was nothing visible on the road that would cause this. I believe this is a tire related failure.
