I walked to my car from a day grocery shopping only to not be able to open my driver side door. I then crawled my 6'0 frame thru the passenger door for a full week before going to the local Honda dealership. After waiting 2 hours I was told the mechanic simply looked at it from outside the car nad knows it needs a "door latch, power, r&r" (per my written quote) However, if the door panel breaks while servicing I must pay an additional $475 for a new door panel. Why??? My door panel is fine and if it breaks while they are repairing it shouldn't they pay for it?? I politely took my written quote, climbed through the passenger side, across the arm rest and drove away from the shop. This is a big problem from a 'reliable' name in the car industry
