The contact owns a 2004 Honda Accord. The contact noticed that the HVAC controls failed, making it impossible to see at since the defrost also failed to function. The dealer was notified, but offered no assistance. The manufacturer had been contacted, but offered no assistance as well. The vehicle was not repaired. The current mileage was approximately 108,000. The failure was approximately 90,000.
